Re: Indiana City - IndyCity - 02-01-2014 This week some electronic parts and the figures for the offices arrived. So here the work goes on. The ramp lighting will make 4 1.8 mm LEDs each ramp. Their upper part is painted black. The acting here is pretty dark but that is in the photo. They light up the ramps pretty good. Of course, the surface lines between the lamps are still missing. Similarly, many other details. below offices, above the design department. Even the windows are not built in because the exterior paint is to come. The corrugated metal part should be light blue-gray. Before that I have to fill and sand the panel transitions. That's it for tonight. Re: Indiana City - Painkiller - 02-01-2014 As it is a Saturday night, I came up with an idea of having a romance scene in one of the room with a couple doing a bit "overtime"....? Re: Indiana City - JohnyBotto - 02-02-2014 Those LEDs you used for the Ramp lights look very, very good! This building is turning out really nice. Although I am still waiting on the delivery of models of garbage bags and broken bricks. But I got an delivery of a material called "drainage material steam locomotive era dark". I will use it around the broken brick. Is a mixture of fine and coarse material of different colors. I first tried it on a small piece. Also to see if it darkens up in bonding with water thinned glue or changed in some way But it did not. Re: Indiana City - IndyCity - 02-23-2014 Yesterday the decoration parts of Kotol came. Let's start: At first I added some more soil Then the broken bricks Now I have to wait for the drying of the guel, then the garbage bags, broken pallets, etc will follow. Re: Indiana City - dgaken - 02-23-2014 Wow! Those bricks are absolutely a wonderful detail. Re: Indiana City - IndyCity - 02-24-2014 Update - "Dump" finished. Re: Indiana City - modelsof1900 - 02-24-2014 Joerg, this is the most realistic "landshaping" that I have ever seen. Very great cinema! Re: Indiana City - Rscott417 - 02-24-2014 Your groundcover is perfect, great job. Re: Indiana City - faraway - 02-24-2014 I second that. It looks simply great Re: Indiana City - Tyson Rayles - 02-24-2014 Excellent, very realistic ! Re: Indiana City - IndyCity - 03-22-2014 Thank you all. The back work including lighting are almost done and the offices equipped with some figures. The remaining free window in the bottom row will get milk glass panes as for toilets. The windows of the ground floor and a loading gate have also received their textures. Re: Indiana City - Charlie B - 03-22-2014 Joerg, I have been with holding comment until I could find the right words, but your work has left me speechless. The detailing is superior to any thing I have ever seen. Charlie Re: Indiana City - Tyson Rayles - 03-23-2014 |
