I just opened this thread for the first time and was going to suggest the Bullfrog snot, but I see someone beat me to it. Have you checked it out? I'm only aware of it because I saw it at my LHS (F&M Hobbies in Denville, NJ) and had to ask what the heck it was. Once I found it was for making traction tires I pretty much stopped listening, but he was saying something about how it is applied, doesn't affect power pick and is easily removed. I think it was 4 or 5 dollars. Seems worth a try.
