Some of you may remember this from the "other forum".

Well, recently I had computer problems and lost some files that I didn't back up. One of the files was the plans for this building that I had bought at Scalescenes.
I took a chance and e-mailed the company, and they sent me a replacement file Big Grin . That is what I call customer service, and they will definitely get my business again. It's nice to find a company that treats it's customer's right, instead of constantly trying to milk your wallet.

You are likely to see more of it as small businesses struggle to stay afloat. Enhanced customer service is a very cheap and effective way of keeping customers. Tichy is a very good example of that.

If that's the case mm, I am all for it. It's much nicer doing business with a company you can praise instead of one you sling mud at.

There have been big changes in customer service at the Caboose in Denver, although I still prefer my LHS in the 'Springs.
