My good friend Mister Nutbar and I stumbled upon another short line on our way back from a New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey railfanning trip this past summer, the Finger Lakes Railway.

Featuring both EMDs and GEs, there's also evidence of some "fallen flags" from the area, too:

railohio answered your question, the line was sold in 1991 and became the Southern RR Company of NJ, which still operates today. Here's some additional pics.

Yes I did.The SFLR is listed as a short line no longer in exsistance in my '96 edition and therefore I had forgotten about it since there wasn't any information.:oops:
