3D Railroad software - woodone - 01-08-2009
HI,
Not sure this is the correct place to post this question. Please advise and or move. :?
I received a 3D railroad Concept and Design program for Xmas.
I use a Vista system and this softward does not state that is will run on Vista.I have tried to get in touch with the maker ( Abracadata) and can't seem to be able to contact them. Phone# does not work. The <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://WWW.abacadata.com">http://WWW.abacadata.com</a><!-- m --> address gets me no where?
Anyone out there using this program?
I found some old ads, on this product and the maker stated that there are free upgrades that you can down load from the web.
I have not opened the box in fear that I can't get support.
Help if you can.

I had called the very supplier that you linked. Have not got a call back as of yet?
My wife called the place where she placed the order for the 3d Railroad today. The box that I have states the it is for Windows XP. No mention of Vista.
The person to whom she spoke to today said that the original owner oF Abracadata had become ill and had sold the company.
We are going to return it the the supplier.
If I can't find a phone # for a company, I sure don't want to use the program.
