corrugated tin tool - Dave Harris sctchbld - 01-24-2013

Constantly on the look out for ways to build cheaper , I needed a good way to make corrugated tin for roofs and such . I had tried the method of pressing into a file , and a few more but none really did that good a job. This is what I came up with

I'll tell you that if you will tell me what an 81 piece block set is!

Yes it is Reynolds HD foil.

Awww --shucks -- twern't nuthin . Nope Darn-- we need a smiley that kicks dirt with his toe!!

Thanks Ralph, not hard to make at all . The only touchy part is flattening the ends of the movable screw so it slides in the end channel with out turning so the threads stay intermeshed with the bottom screw properly.
Just use different thread pitches to make them in other scales, I think these (HO) are 2/56

They're for squaring parts, conformance, qc, measurment, etc


They have cheaper ones out there for less than $100, yeah they're chinese but the spec range isn't a factor unless your worried over ten-thousands
