Cheap backdrop? - nachoman - 07-21-2013 My girlfriend bought this big roll of cloud paper at a teaching supply store for her classroom. I thought some creative and frugal person may want to try this as a cheap backdrop. The clouds don't get smaller as they get closer to the horizon, but if you hide the edge with trees or building flats, it may look okay. Re: Cheap backdrop? - ocalicreek - 07-25-2013 I bet if you used a spray adhesive with even coverage and a rubber roller to press it down it could work well. Like you suggest, a careful placement would minimize the lack of perspective in the clouds' placement/size. Perhaps for a small diorama or micro-layout? Good find! Galen Re: Cheap backdrop? - Ralph - 07-25-2013 I think it might have potential, especially for a diorama maybe. |
