Thanks a lot guys. I appreciate the help I think the 60-401 will fit the order.
Brakie, I do model HO but I just found a yellow High railer Looks like early 50s. It has no markings on it. the shop had yellow C&O decals in N scale but no blue. the c&o for progress was a good fit on the door but yellow decal on yellow truck doesn't work to good. the 60-401 has blue ones so I will get it and decal the doors.

Theres a guy in Canada, can't remember his name or company right now... but he does decals for any prototype that you can provide him pictures of. The guy at my LHS knows him I'll see if I can get the info.
