Book Review: Baltimore & Ohio Facilities in Color Vol. 3

This is not the first of the newer Morning Sun books to get a bad review. Seems like their production quality is heading downhill at a rapid pace - at least when it comes to accurate text. The printing quality continues to be top notch but some other of the recent books also have that feel of "quick, let's throw some pictures in here and get this done"
