Very modellable arrangement

I find the posts on under these topics hugely helpful and inspirational - unfortunately being so far away I cant add much from personal experience. But I thought some of you would find this thread interesting:

The arrangement with a warehouse/factory entered at right angles, over a diamond and with the "main" line running so close to the loading area cries out for a model in a corner, or as on the OP, the spur out the back of the building as a tiny layout on its own - and its a good excuse for switching a single centre beam. Enjoy.

Now that is some neat track work.It would definately take up some layout realestate to pull it off.

Neither of those tracks are "main lines" since both ends at or near rail served industries-I followed both tracks.

That track work begs to be modeled.
