Here's the kit for the pneumatic bulk trailer on the 1/87th Vehicle Club: http://www.1-87vehicles.org/New%20Products/10_jan.php and if you can stand the price here's another one: http://www.truckstopmodels.com/. For corn syrup, a tank trailer like this one would be appropriate: http://www.3000toys.com/catalog/item_det...NKIN110028 Hope this helps.

I think PHL has a number of switchers re-powered with low emission diesels. I think I read when they first started replacing the fleet that they were going to get something like 15-18 rebuilt units with low emission diesels and 2 or 3 gen sets. I think the low emission diesels are similar to Sd40's from EMD. Here is a to #60.

Russ, I think the information about PHL re-powers and gen-sets is in the TRAINS 2009 or 2010 LOCOMOTIVE special.

That could be, I was reading about it on their web site and at the So Cal Railfan Forums when it was announced that all of the old and colorful PHL equipment was going away because they had received grants from the federal & state governments to cover 90% of the cost to replace their old used equipment with modern gen-sets & low emission diesels. The old PH had a bunch of Sw7's(I think) that were painted in the previous owner's Harbor Belt Line colors of a blue similar to Conrail Blue or GN Big Sky Blue. It was hard to tell the original color because the paint was weathered and oxidized to a chalky, faded blue color. They also had an ex-S.P. (I'm guessing S.P. because it had a plethora of lights) that was freshly painted in the black widow scheme. They had a couple of Sd23 or 24 painted in Zebra Stripe. All of the new equipment is painted in the Zebra Stripe scheme. I was told by someone that the owner who bought the Harbor Belt Line and renamed it the Pacific Harbor Line, is a railfan and likes the old, classic railroad liveries. The company is not affiliated with the S.F. or BNSF, but I guess his favorite of the classic liveries is the S.F. zebra stripe because all of the new equipment got that paint scheme.

Thanks for posting that, Ed -I couldn't find it when I looked - I'm sure that I have seen a post saying it has been re-released.
