Railfanning Norfolk Southern RR Part 2

Just a word of caution. Watch where you are railfanning from because of all the ice and snow next to the tracks can make you lose your footing and cause you to fall onto the tracks. With that said, Enjoy these pictures as they are from my collection:

Does anyone have pictures of Conrail SD50's ( patched for NS or just Conrail ) that they would be willing to contriute to the website and not have a problem with it? I promise that credit is given to the person and they will only be used on Norfolk Southern Cyclopedia. Also to those who had posted in the first Railfanning Norfolk Southern, if you could continue to post pictures and let me use them, I would be very happy about it. The website is getting a new look and changes have already taken effective. So go check it out. There is now drop down menu's to make it easier for everyone.

Ok everyone major updates have been done to Norfolk Southern Cyclopedia. A Pennsylvania RR page has been added, if you hold your mouse pointer over Conrail, Heritage Units, and Scenic Views in the navigation bar between the two banners on the website a drop down menu will appear. You can then click on what ever page you want to view pictures and information. I had said big changes were coming due to people complaining and I did what was right and took the website to the next level without anyone else holding me back. Some pages were removed like the video page. This was just using more space that could be used for something else. I have already recieved comments about how great the website looks. Below is what has been done or what is going to be done:

Pennsylvania Page: This page has the history of the railroad, pictures of the Heritage unit, Steam, Electrics, and Diesels. Each picture will have a brief paragraph outlining the locomotive.

Conrail Page: This page will have each class listed with pictures that will range from one to ten. Each picture(s) will have a brief paragraph outlining the locomotive.

Heritage Units: Each Heritage unit will have their own seperate page with picture(s) where the locomotive was painted and a brief history of the railroad the locomotive was painted after.

Scenic Views: Well just like the other pages it has a drop down menu where you can navigate to each page to view photo's from that area. These pages include the milepost marker as well.

I have been putting alot of time and effort into taking the website to the next level and I hope that those of you that were turned away from it take time to look at it once again because it is much easier to navigate now than it was the past year. This website would not be possible if it was not for those of you who contributed photo's. I want to thank those who did and hope that you continue to do so.

Hey everyone, Just want to give an update. Yesterday I spent four hours working on the website. It is slowly coming together and each day there will be something new added to the website. Check it out everyday and give me your feedback.
