Norwegian diesel action
#1
Hi,

Last summer me and a friend drove around the southern parts of Norway armed with cameras to capture as much trains as possible. Im currently in the process of uploading all the videos from that trip to youtube, and since day 7 was particularly interesting I thought I should share it with you.

The star of the show is Di 3.629 in Ofotbanen livery, built by Nohab for the Norwegian State Railways in 1965. As most railways in Norway are electrified its always great to see a good old classic diesel locomotive in action.

You can read all about the Di 3 engine here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NSB_Di_3
Check out my trainvideos from Scandinavia!
