I went to my local wally world last night and found it the hand tools a 16 piece percision knife set, 6 piece needle file set and a 4 in 1 mini screw driver. They were around 7$ and lower.

Another thing worth mentioning is Round Bend Pliers, for wire. Found in the crafts section with the jewelry trinkets

That's cool. I usually frequent the local Harbor Freight. Sometimes they have good deals on small hand tools as well as some pretty large stuff, but I never think to look through what Wally World has.
