Cool shot in Agincourt
#1
My son & I caught this neat shot today of a CPR freight leaving the CPR Toronto (Agincourt) yard. I just liked the setting, colour of the sky and and clouds of diesel smoke surrounding the three locos!

Thanks, Chuck! It would have been even better if I could have managed to take a shot of it, either when it was starting off (more clouds of smoke) or when it was even closer. I'll try again in the future as this is a good rail fanning location.

The little bit of snow/frost adds a little to the atmosphere. Nice work.

You can definitely tell which tracks are mainline, siding, and spur! The height differences are very pronounced in your pic. I'll bet that is a beautiful spot in the fall with all the colors.

The red locos make a nice contrasting subject among the subdued winter scape. Thumbsup

Thanks! However, I think this shot makes the site look better than it really is -- it's very industrial around there! Just to the right of the locos is a large wax factory which would be quite a challenge to model.
