Gentlemen (and Ladies) - I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, but I am unable to attend after all. This afternoon we went to the cinema, and on the way out I put my foot down on a piece of floor that wasn't there (there was a further step) and fell SWMBO was holding my arm, and my fall dragged her over - she has fractured her right arm near the shoulder, and is certainly not going to be able to take care of herself for 3 days while I would be away.I was really looking forward to meeting you all and am really sorry not to be there as promised I'll post in there too.Apologies for having to withdraw

Sorry to hear that, Jack. Both for your sake, for the sake of the meet, and of course - for the sake of wife.

My best wishes for a speedy and pain free recovery for your wife.
