There is a lot going on in this photo from November, 1978. We have a westbound running Number 1 track, about to cross back to number 2 at Buckeye Block station while an eastbound waits a turn at the signal. The local, CA1 is in the hole waiting a turn to go west.  The PC car front and center is a setout for a defect.  East Palestine, Ohio     Charlie
