Yes it will be. In the 1940-1980 time period there was 150 trains daily in/out of Central Station. Nowadays it's around 90-ish (VIA, AMT, AMTRAK)
I am not trying to emualte that kind of traffic Nope however it will be a busy place. The peninsula dedicated to Central Sation is 14.5 feet long.
