Perth and Exeter -- rebuilding
#1
I haven't been too good about showing my progress. I;m now at the third wall and the second loop.

trying out the platform for Exeter (St. Dayle's) station. It will probably be moved back. This is the platform from the last layout.

A view showing the loop. I kept the railfanning spot from the old layout but it was on a grade so I had to put in a grade down. The supports are IKEA shelves, with L-girder benchwork resting on them. There's a 6 foot space from the wall to the door frame.

In model railroading, there are between six and two hundred ways of performing a given task.
Most modellers can get two of them to work.

I'm not sure what's worse...building a new layout or rebuilding an old one!

May things go smoothly for you. Thumbsup

Thanks. Worst problem has been trying to fit in the better bits of the scenery from the last layout.
