If anyone is interested I'm selling just about everything I own on eBay. Rolling stock, vehicles and other details. Once I finish my 3 CSX engines they'll be up there as well.

Hanging it up. I realized I'm never going to finish a layout and I spend way too much money and rarely complete any projects. It's probably for the best, I could always come back.

That is bad and surprising news. I watched you working on NY&A ISL and did not see or expect anything justifying a termination.
It might be easier to keep a return door open if you keep an engine, some rail cars and some street cars. Put is at prominent place on display and don't forget there is something to do in the future.
