Yet one more reason to not shop or to shop Hobby Lobby depending on your viewpoint.

Yeah, it really doesn't show guilt or just gross oversight. We never shop there that much anyway, and I can't remember ever buying anything when we did.

By definition, shopping is, "Searching for or buying goods or services". So, one can shop several stores before actually buying something, or not buy anything if you didn't find anything that suited you. Lots of nice stuff at Hobby Lobby, just nothing that I could use at the time....

Hobby Lobby is an inaccurate name, it really should be called Craft Lobby as there isn't much in there that is really hobby stuff, mostly it's arts and crafts. But I guess Craft Lobby doesn't rhyme so hence Hobby Lobby. Like Don the few times I went in I left with out making a purchase. What always struck me odd was I never saw many shoppers in any of the ones I have been in. Usually the employees outnumbered the customers.

Agree, they are more of a craft/import furniture store, but they must do something for some people or they wouldn't be around long. To be sure, our city (Surprise, AZ) takes a survey every year to see what merchants that people want to see move into town. High on the list is Hobby Lobby. At the top of the list is Costco, followed by In-N-Out Burger, neither of which have anything to do with hobbies or crafts, but I'm good with that....

My wife loved to browse (and shop as the suitcase permits) Hobby Lobby. They have thousand little things that attract woman. It was not really attractive to me but even better than waiting in a woman fashion shop.

My wife does most of her craft shopping at Michaels, we do occasionally buy stuff at Hobby Lobby if we can't find it other places. They have the size wood turnings I use for switch pull rod knobs and they sell resin and RTV if I need those and don't want to wait for mail order.
