Only in modeling can you turn a building into a run down pile of mortar and brick and make it look better. Only a true artist can do this, and you are a genius. Charlie

Great looking brickwork. And that pink caddy too! The tree looks very real, how did you get the leaves like that?

I would like to have some industry too. A LHS is overstocked and has a nice price for perfect kit bashing material
One of the best moments of the hobby for me. Plenty of raw walls and it is up to imagination what I want to build.

The former street at the very left end becomes an industry yard. The Roberts Printing kit is a great base for kit bashing replacing a flat modern warehouse.

I was caught be the idea to exchange the old warehouse. May be it is not an "or" but an "and" question. Keep the front part of the old warehouse and add the new one. I like this mixture of styles. The prototype is always looking for a cost effective solution to get things done. An expansion is frequent a better answer than a new building.
