That's coming along nicely. Thumbsup
Wish I had thought of doing preliminary wiring before "burying" access from topside. Will keep that in mind for the next section to be built...
Looks like you've coulda' "squeezed" some extra real estate from the wife.... Goldth

That brilliant idea came from Galen ( Ocalicreek ). I squeezed all I could, and even bought flowers. That's all I got

Loren
Thanks Stein. If I had my way, the car wouldn't be in there. Of course then it would be crowded with railroad Goldth

Loren
Looks good so far.

Lot better than what I have so far.
Thanks Eightyeight. Keep trying. It's taken me 4 years to get this far.

Loren
I'm going on eight years......And still don't have a full loop.

And here I thought I was doing bad, almost 5 years, but I just finished the track and wiring. 2285_
I guess I am one of the lucky ones then :?:
This is my fifth layout in 4 years Eek . But, during that time I found out there is more to railroading then a loop. Right now I am perfectly happy with a point to point or out and back design, but that is not saying I might not change my mind later and want a loop. Of course, if i rebuild this layout, my wife will freak. One of the things she said when this started was :hey: " You better not tear this one up ".

Loren
Paneling! 35 Well, duh! Why didn't I think of that? Nice solution to a dusty problem. Thumbsup

Galen
88...Somebody'd better light a fire under your seat.....!!!! Misngth
Not to much to show right now. The table tops are sanded and painted. The yard turnouts templates ( Thanks Fast tracks ! ) are laid out. Now to glue the templates down and I can start laying ties. Big Grin

Loren
Looking good....Is the whole layout going to be handlaid..?? Eek
No Gus. I will use flex for the most part, but I do make my own turnouts.

Loren
this is gonna be sweet! i cant believe that your handlaying all of those turnouts Worship Thumbsup .i can barely handle my turnout kits  .--josh
