This is a coffee table layout I built several years ago. We still have it and it still looks the same as it did the day I finished it. I don't remember if I ever showed this on the "other" site. I had forgotten about it until I was doing a similar YouTube search just now and it popped up. So, just for kicks, for those that remember it, here it is again...

The music was some generic clip I selected off of their site to fit the length of my video. The glass has been removed to reduce reflections in the video.
I love that layout. Because of it, I keep going to the thrift store hoping to find a old coffee table that I can do it to. Someday I'll catch one.
I've found several since then that I thought could be modified to work but for some reason the finances are never available when the tables are! After I finished that one, I thought I could build 'em and sell 'em. Boy did that idea fly like a lead balloon.
Nice work on the layout and nice work on the video.
Interestingly, with two clicks on "related videos" I was somehow watching a japanese woman put mentos in a bottle of cola while sitting in a bathtub.

I love YouTube with about the same amount of affection I have for quicksand. Once it sucks you in, your lost for hours.
As usual, I'm fascinated with that coffee table layout.
Gee, I'm in the middle of making a TV cabinet, I wonder if I could incorporate a Z scale layout in in somehow... Nope, it'll never be as nice as what you've done.
And as for You tube, I avoid it as I do all other "social network" sites, and usually wind up there only when someone sends me a link to something. I guess for the same reasons you stated, once you're in, it's hard to get out...

THAT is TRICK. Very nice, what music did you use in that video? That's really relaxing.
Thanks. That's the third one I've built. I don't remember what the music was. I just picked something off of their site that had a time somewhat equal to my video and plugged it in.
