I just had to share this, i picked up a Walthers Cornerstone Red X Cement Plant on ebay a few mins ago for $42.18 shipped!!!!. Some of you may know that this was the deluxe kit version of the Medusa Cement Plant that Walthers released some time ago, and it retailed for $59.98!

This will be my second Red X Cement Plant kit that i have now, the last one i think i paid around $80 for it! and that was not on ebay, it was at a online hobby shop that had a bunch of hard to find Walthers Cornerstone kits, and as you can imagine, i went crazy and spent like $600 on 2 Assembly Plants, 2 Stamping Plants, Red X Cement, Guard Shack, Air Filtration Building, and a couple Air Conditioning Unit Kits, as well as a few other random kits from Walthers, all Walthers products that have been since long retired lol, paid pretty much full retail on most of them and a couple of them even more then they retailed for, so they were hardly a deal lol
Man im exited about this, now i can really get my Cement Plant module rolling, it will feature a Valley Cement Kit, 2 Red X Cement KIts, Blue Star Ready Mix Kit, Bulk Transfer Conveyor Kit, and alot of details like conveyors and piping, im really going to go all out on this one lol, sorta like my Assembly Plant Module

Just to give you an idea of how good of a deal this was, here is a Medusa Cement Plant kit on ebay right now thats ending soon, its currently going for $40.00 plus $7.99 shipping, it has 13 hours left, and its already more then what i just paid for the Red X Cement Plant. Remember, the Red X Cement Plant is the deluxe version of the Medusa Cement Plant and comes with resin details plus brass handrails, walkways, and walkway supports
Heck of a deal in my book, considering the normal version of the kit is going for more then the deluxe version sold for hehe. Okay seriously, im done bragging now, im just so stoked i picked this kit up for so cheap

I don't want to burst you're bubble TL, my LHS had the same thing for $35.00. I almost picked it up last weekend, just because of the price, but couldn't figure out where to put it. Someone else bought it the same time I was there. Only cause I changed my mind and went back to get it. The guy was at the check out counter, the clerk was putting it in a bag. Moral of the story(and I should of learned being a diecast collector), Want it..Get it..Don't pass it up.

hehe well, if i got the thing for anything cheaper, i almost would have thought it was missing pieces or something LOL "knock on wood" lol
Lesson learned i guess, ive done this a few times myself, and i always end up kicking myself in the end when i pass up deals like this. I myself am a heavy industrial freak, and will buy a structure if its modern era and reflects something of heavy industry, even if i have no use for it or have no room for it, i know, eventually i can use it somewhere down the line.... LOL. And man, i would have bought that thing no questions asked for $35.00 LOL.
Say, this shop doesnt happen to have a Walthers Valley Cement Kit or Blue Star Ready Mix Batch Plant do they?
