What structure kits for under $80.00US have you seen that really stand out to you? You could include kits you have built or kits that you have been drooling over in mags or online. Maybe what you like will be just what somebody else has been looking for....

I will start the ball rolling with 2 kits:

From GCLASER....."County CO-OP"
I love the multiple roof angles! IMO, this is the best looking elevator kit out there

From B.T.S......"Post Office"
I don't know, it may just be the picture.....but I love the looks of this little kit. I think that they just "nailed" it.
Simple...yes. But perfectly simple

Steve, as you know im a plastic structure guy LOL. and for me, its really hard to choose which ones i like best, because lets face it, i absolutely LOVE the entire line of Walthers Cornerstone Structures LOL
I am in N scale, and I love good quality Laser Kits. RSLaser has about the best I have assembled.

Self promotion? yeah, I designed them.
While I agree with the previous brands mentioned, I want to add the importance of how well the kit is put together. A great kit can look lousy if not put together right, and a cheap kit can look great if bashed and painted well.
