Yup - same here - Happy New Year everyone!!!!

Here we go, another new decade. I guess there'll always be some debate on when a new century or new decade begins, but for me, this is the first year of the decade starting tomorrow and I'll be happy about that since this past one hasn't been the greatest.

my standard response to that has been:

I've seen lots of people that can't drive in TWO dimentions!! Why would we want to give them a third?!?!

we'll have cars dropping out of the sky!

i think it's natural progression, we're not worthy... yet....

There is a sick corner of my mind that knows that those "dropping cars" will, by government decree, be so safe that those in them will not be hurt.......only the innocent, who happen to be the ones the cars drop on, will be killed, and stupidity will endure.

Finally, there's a defiant corner of my mind that says, "What!??, why give them a third!????.......We let them text while driving! What's the problem with letting them fall out of the sky!!????"

The year ends on an event that rarely occurs, a blue moon.
2010, then, could be the year that the unexpected can happen, and with that in mind.......
