Some time ago I lettered some hacks for the home road. I had a decal sheet the had a "Buy War Bonds" add on it (I think they were champs, maybe a PRR set), perfect for my mid 40's railroad.I wanted to do some more cabooses to match this one, but I have no more of the war bond decals. For the life of me I can't remember where I got this one from. I was hoping that some one here is familiar with this logo and could shed some light on what set they are from.[attachment=4384][attachment=4383] Please help!!!!
E-PAW, I believe some of the PRR wagon top box cars had that slogan .

Charlie, I think that's it. I owe you a beer. That's why this is the best rail road site ever Thumbsup .

e-paw-my only suggestion would be to try other decal manufacturers or get a set of letters that match the alphabet style on the car and letter it yourself.

The PRR also had that slogan on cabin cars. There is most definitely a decal set available for the cabins or boxcars or both.
I looked through Champ's site, but saw no specific mention of the War Bonds slogan, although they've got lots for Pennsy.
C-D-S offers Set 665, for H32b hoppers which includes the "Buy War Bonds" slogan, and Set 240, for GLca hoppers, which features the "Coal Goes To War" slogan. These are dry transfers, though, not decals. To see examples, "Click" on the item in the catalogue listing: you'll get a line drawing of the car in question.

Thanks Doc.. I found the same thing. By the way, your spring challenges are coming along nicely.
This PRR caboose set has the slogan, but only 2 of them on a huge sheet of otherwise unused decals.
