The LPB leaving the bar is classic!
I can't begin to imagine the work that went in to animating this film. I'm guessing the technique of moving the vehicles a fraction for each frame shot.
The background modeling is excellent too. The vehicles look like the old die cast "Tootsie toys"

It's quite a funny video for the now times, but so are the others from that time period, you should check out Refer Maddness, a video about marijuana and its effect that make you worship satan and do bad things.
