The first one has pics of plates from all states & many countries around the world for years 1910 to now.

Tha second one says California but actually is all states & you can "make" your own. almost any year & ANY NUMBER .

I am going to print out a bunch of the 30s to 50s to use on my junkyard cars.

By reducing them at Kinkos or the like you can make them the right size for any scale
Dave,

This is a set of plates from the March 2002 Model Railroading magazine. They were printed in the mag at 1/87th scale but when I scanned them and resized to post here they're not now 1/87th scale. Maybe they could be of some use. Haven't seen you post any more on your vehicles in some time, working on anything?

Some time ago I bought several from that shop http://www.howardshobby.com/HoLicensePlates.html. Barry is a nice guy and toke the time to serve an oversee customer.
Bruce --- thanks for those plates --may print them out as well . I need 1/64 scale ( S) as you know anyway.
I have been sidetracked for a while , not working on much of anything for several months . I had to have a bit of a "tuneup" on me -- had a bloodclot in my left leg ( artery) got that out & a stent in now , that did wonders for my blood pressure !! I was taking 7 meds a day & still WAAAAAY too high-- sometimes around 230/170 now on 2 meds & at times gets almost too low -- last Dr. visit it was 118 / 70 !!
I feel that the blockage was causing my pressure to go up to try to kee[ blood flowing to my foot , told the Drs. when they found the block that fixing it would help the pressure ---- they ALL said I was totally wrong --blockage would have NO effect on pressure . Still say I don't know what I am talking about even after the IMMEDIATE improvement right after the operation!!

I am about to go back to work on a 34 Packard that I am converting to a 37 Packard pickup , ---yes they made one! Using the ersatz 40 ford pickup like I did for the Hudson truck -- biggest change will have to be a longer hood & fit 36 Ford fenders on the front to get the right shapes--- then I guess run it into a wall! 2285_ Nope
I am also thinking about making one of the buildings for the Junk yard as a "showcase" for the lic. plates.
Kind of leaning to a S scale old dining car or caboose "office" with an addition on it -- a leanto type thing? Perhaps a 2 or 3 sided piece of crap thing with a grease stained dirt floor , & a chainhoist for engine removal , a filthy, cluttered work bench, a jungle of junk parts with a " collection" of Lic. plates nailed to one wall completely covering it. How does that sound to anybody?
Anyone one got a junk S scale diner --caboose or maybe even a freight car? :o
Glad to read that you have you medical issues under control. Can't help out with the S scale buildings but do have memories of old garages and wayside buildings covered in license plates and hubcaps. That should make for a nice looking structure.
