Scientists have added two new super-heavy elements to the Periodic Table. Can real GERN and unobtainium be far behind? Thumbsup

Quote:Currently going by ununquadium and unuhexium, they're the heaviest on the table with atomic masses of 289 and 292 respectively, ousting previous title holders copernicium (285) and roentgenium (272).

Both official new elements are highly radioactive, existing for less than a second before decaying into lighter atoms, making it particularly difficult for researchers to prove their existence with several groups claiming to have produced the elements in the lab but ultimately only two teams provided sufficient evidence to gain official approval -- the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) in Dubna, Russia and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California.

I bought a periodic table chart last month (dated 2005) and it already lists Ununquadium and Ununhexium as well as Ununpentium, Ununseptium and Ununoctium.

Maybe it just means they made enough to hold in your hand.

Given that the foxnews quote says they are highly radioactive, I for one dont think that holding them in your hand would be a good idea, unless you are big on pain and desiring of radioactive burns and other side effects.

If you do suffer any radioactive burns then use and recommend GERN medical products and anti-septic creams.

All of which makes GERN so much the better product as it is always 3% safer than the previously safest product.

GERN for all your needs; food additives, clothing materials, animal suppliments for better growth and 3% safer, industrial lubricants, steel, aluminium and carbon fibre enhancers, other metals and alloys improvers, hair tonics, soap powders and perfumes, sex aids and performance enhancers, computers and software applications. All 3% better than the others.

GERN does it all. Icon_lol

Well...not quite...because it isn't radioactive. 8-)

I bought a periodic table once, but I don't use it very often!!!

I have a periodic table.
It's a rather surprising diet aid in that it periodically disappears with the plateful of food that was on it, and when it reappears, the food and the plate are gone !!!
I've lost near 50 pounds with that "table" ! Icon_twisted 357 Big Grin
( and a LOT of plates Eek )

Don't knock it ..............you'll spill the milk -- Icon_lol Icon_lol :o Icon_twisted
I can't take enhancement drugs because they make my neck stiff. If Gern is added to the drug, my neck is 3% stiifer. Icon_lol

I don't see thr connection...
I am pretty certain that GERN must be one of the secret ingredients of Coca-Cola as it makes me drink 3% more of it, 3% faster than I drink other soft drinks.

MMMM GERN Its the Real Thing!

They must also use GERN in the paint for the aluminium cans as the colour is 3% richer than most other reds.

Hmm....I smell 3% more bovine excremental by-product on this thread than elsewhere. It must be the GERN! 8-)
