.. our second N scale car auction is at: http://www.the-gauge.net/forum/viewtopic...=62&t=4534

We're down to the last few days, well, a bit over a week, before we end this auction and so far we've only got one bid. I really wouldn't wait until the last minute, like you might on eBay, in hopes of sneaking in a quick end-of-time bid. This is the time to bid. Let's face it, anything gained from this auction will go to help support Big Blue. There's no percentage going to the auction house or auctioneer, it'll just make it easier for us to keep things going smoothly. Not that we wouldn't keep things going regardless, we're thrilled with the support we normally get throughout the year, but this way we have a chance to give something back in exchange. Even if you're not into N scale, this car would look good on your shelf or give some needed forced perspective to your larger or smaller scale layout. It could be that it doesn't fit your era, or the car isn't worth but a few bucks. What I'm saying is that it is a one-of-a-kind keepsake, and that whatever the winning bid is, the proceeds will stay right here.

Mikey and I thank each and every one of you for your support, whether it be through your donations, buying things from the Big Blue store, or by way of things like this auction. We appreciate it, believe me, we do. You all are first-rate with us even if the only support you can give us is posting here and visiting us. But, if you can bid, please do.

I didn't even know you held auctions. Where is this information normally posted?
We've been running HO and N scale anniversary car auctions since the beginning of the year. We also intend to auction off the HO and N scale tour cars once they make it to everyone that signed up. The auctions are all here: http://www.the-gauge.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=62
