I saw a Joe Works H0n30 Shay in eBay and couldn't resist 8-)

This little gold nugget is very fine made and a smooth runner, even with the original drive mechanism.
Anyway, I would improve the power pick up from 4-wheel to 8-wheel one day and maybe add a new motor with flywheel. But even without these stuff, the loco runs very nice.

Here're some photos, one with my On30-Shay for size comparison.
