Rocky Mountaineer gets more than its fair share of coverage, there's no mention of the fact that The Canadian now runs on the inland CNR tracks around Lake Superior instead of the shore-hugging, spectacular CPR route, and the Sudbury to White River route is run in RDCs (woohoo!
). Other than that - not a bad list.
