Hi All,
After making a photobox in N scale i made one up for my HO locos to keep a photographic record , made from offcuts of wood and WS rockmolds with a curved track it takes up little space 2ftX 1FT X 1FT high stored under the bench ....... here is the first lot of pictures an SD40 N&S working hard to clear a path through.
That's a neat little scene...!! What is the "snow" made of..?? Looks very real....
Nice loco and display setup.
Great rock molds! As for the snow, it so convincing I'm going to put on another sweater!

I hope you get every last bit of that salt our of the engine! Is there anything readily available that is more corrosive than salt? If you do it again, use baking soda, your locomotive will thank you!

Hi Russ,
Thanks for the tip i did clean the loco down well and blew it out with an airline to dislodge any remaining traces of salt .
I dunno, looks like the salt has already done a number on that engine!
Nice diorama, looking forward to more of your work!

Nice scene!! Looks like its time to call out the spreader, or maybe the rotary
