How did you do the wheels? It looks better than plain brown paint.
I hit them with dullcoat, made a mixture with acrylics to get the brown I wanted, painted them, then finished them with weathering powders to get the texture, and get the areas that look "freshly" rusted. Then finally sealed powders with the dullcoat.
