Almost exactly three years ago I built a strip mine on my layout. It still is not completely finished,close but not 100%. I guess I should finish it.Here is the unfinished strip mine.







You can see what I have now. I feel it is a good start but still not finished. LETS GO !!!

Don't pay attention to Mike, it looks to me like the truck is going back empty, while all the cars are lined up to get loaded. Besides, I heard that the railroad owns that trucking line anyway..

They used to own it but it was not profitable so they sold it to the Jones family in Big Ugly. Think about it you might remember the Jones family.

Must be a song. This is a "local" family that made the news paper in various weird ways.
