Enjoy

And they were still using glass bottles then! Thumbsup
That was fun. Kind of Norman Rockwell in atmosphere. Those folks look a little too happy to get their Coca Cola...when exactly did they stop using cocaine as an ingredient? Smile Just kidding, I love the ad. I hung around to read the credits because at first I wondered if Spielberg was involved...it had that look to it as well.

Who said they did????? Uh, just kidding too.... I remember when we were on the base and there was a nickle Coke machine outside. Back then there was a city name on the bottom of those small green bottles. The guy with the city closest to where we were had to buy everyone's drink (45 cents adjusted for inflation). That was a heavy hit on an Airman making less than $100 a month.

Yeah, I enjoyed watching that video as well. Thanks for posting that Charlie. Thumbsup
That's a neat ad... Smile

That's got to be tough. Who knew back then that those bottles would be collectible? This video is from a later era though since those bottles are much newer. Still, it's fun to watch.

I think that commercial was just made when the 765 was on the Cayahoga Valley RR in September, but of course I am probably wrong.
