Gus, ours are Samoyeds, the one is a Dwarf, and lost an eye when he was in a shelter before he went into Samoyed rescue. He is a cat bird to say the least, not as easy going as the other Sammie's I know, but we love him just the same. Bonnie was in a bad home situation and we were lucky enough to get her when our little girl died last year.

If you have room in your heart you should rescue another one from the shelter, or you could be a foster parent.. There are more dogs than homes.
I just found a home for my last foster. Took him to his new mom the day before Thanksgiving. He was my fifth foster in 4 years

I can't help it, but every time I see that print of Santa's work shop with the Loco's on the flat car, I don't see the Loco's in the box, I see doughnuts. I off hand, don't remember the name on them,but they sure are very similar in color to that box.
