May you all have wonderful holidays..!!Gus, ours are Samoyeds, the one is a Dwarf, and lost an eye when he was in a shelter before he went into Samoyed rescue. He is a cat bird to say the least, not as easy going as the other Sammie's I know, but we love him just the same. Bonnie was in a bad home situation and we were lucky enough to get her when our little girl died last year.

If you have room in your heart you should rescue another one from the shelter, or you could be a foster parent.. There are more dogs than homes.
I just found a home for my last foster. Took him to his new mom the day before Thanksgiving. He was my fifth foster in 4 years

One of my favorite scenes in "A Christmas Carol". I favor George C. Scott as Scrooge.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fred: A Merry Christmas to you, uncle!
Scrooge: Bah! Humbug... What reason have you to be merry? You're poor enough.
Fred: What reason have you to be so dismal? You're rich enough.
Scrooge: BAH! Humbug!
Fred: Don't be cross, Uncle!
Scrooge: What else can I be when I live in such a world of fools as this? Merry Christmas! What's Christmas time to you but a time for paying bills without money; a time for finding yourself a year older, but not an hour richer; a time for balancing your books and having every item in 'em through a round dozen of months presented dead against you? If I could work my will, every idiot who goes about with 'Merry Christmas' on his lips, should be boiled with his own pudding, and buried with a stake of holly through his heart!
Fred: Uncle!
Scrooge: Nephew! Keep Christmas in your own way, and let me keep it in mine.
Fred: But you don't keep it!
Scrooge: Let me leave it alone, then.Much good it has ever done you!

Roger,
I can't help it, but every time I see that print of Santa's work shop with the Loco's on the flat car, I don't see the Loco's in the box, I see doughnuts. I off hand, don't remember the name on them, but they sure are very similar in color to that box.
''Merry Christmas'', To All At Blue. From snowy Chi-Town.
