Is there a friends list on here and if so where thank you.
From the site FAQ Thumbsup

What are my Friends and Foes lists?
You can use these lists to organise other members of the board. Members added to your friends list will be listed within your User Control Panel for quick access to see their online status and to send them private messages. Subject to template support, posts from these users may also be highlighted. If you add a user to your foes list, any posts they make will be hidden by default.

How can I add / remove users to my Friends or Foes list?
You can add users to your list in two ways. Within each user’s profile, there is a link to add them to either your Friend or Foe list. Alternatively, from your User Control Panel, you can directly add users by entering their member name. You may also remove users from your list using the same page.

Thanks for your help.
We're all friends here Thumbsup
That's right my friend Cheers
I'm still trying to figure out why anyone would want or need such a list?

We don't either. Nope Has anyone actually tried this? I cannot find anyplace where you can add someone to one of your lists, and I can't find anyplace where we, as administrators, can enable this function. I have searched every control that we have and I cannot find anything regarding this function. The FAQ's here are just a standard set that comes with the software and we have no control over that either.

There were several things over at the old place using vBulletin, that they had, one was "friend or foe", the other was, "who visited my profile recently". I don't think these are meaningful features and so if we could have them, I'd find a way to disable them if possible.

If anyone can find a way of adding friends or foes, let me know. As others have said, we're all friends here. Cheers
I just wondered I know where all friends I just know it. 35
I've always thought those "friends" lists to be too contrived. The Model Railroader site has that feature, and I refuse to participate. Of course, some people are offended if you ignore their "friendship" request, so one is obliged to send a note of explanation - in effect, they've wheedled a response out of me when none would have been required had that feature not existed. As for providing information or answering questions, I think that pretty-well everyone here is more than willing without need of such a contrivance. This is already a friendly place to be. Wink Goldth

With a small group here a friend's list wouldn't be much of a bonus, although there are some members here that do fall off the active list every now and then, once that happens someone will want to contact that member through private message and well its hard to remember everyone's username, so the friends list helps out there. It's quicker and easier if you add friends to a list and access to it to send messages back and forth.

A benefit of the "last members to view profile" is to find friends, generally members have friends who communicate on sites that are local to themselves, to help in finding new friends its a good a place to look or even give you an idea if one of your friends is a friend of another one of your friends.

One thing that gets over looked is many people don't add their location in their profile, this is painful when people ask Cheers questions pertaining to area specific topics and no one knows what you're talking about.

Another thing about getting to the profiles with 'friends' it's much easier to go to a list and get the profile and view the posts and their photo library
