I think we may all be in trouble. I recieved this e-mail this morning:
Dear taxpayer,
In an effort to control expenses, and reduce the amount of light polution, and in view of the current budget crisis, we have decided to turn off the light at the end of the tunnel.

That emails a hoax. Verify it on Snopes.com. Apparently it's been circulating for some time now and is actually a cover up ploy for a greater conspiracy.

Sorry, I guess one of these would have added a little. It's not actually on Snopes either. The government must have been reading this thread and had it immediately removed. :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

The real reason they are turning the light off is because they don't want anybody to see what they've been working on inside the tunnel.
