Well since I requested the challenge I have to participate

So I have decided to work on my Central Oregon Pumice company which is part of my Bend Oregon Free-mo switching layout. This will be a series of building flats, conveyors and any other buildings I see fit to build. As this part of the module will be the switching part and will feature a backdrop it will allow me the ability to mix 3D and 2D elements together to complete the illusion.

Other then that information and a tiny amount of information from interwebs my plan will be mostly an "artists rendition" I have decided to start with combining elements from two Walthers structures.

My plan will be to eye ball it and wing it until it feels right. I will talk some photos of my "plan" as it evolves.

I roughed in the main structure for Central Oregon Pumice. I am now going to work on roughing the conveyors and other parts in.

Love to see a "Bash" coming together !!

I have made a little progress on my build.

I have covered the tower in evergreen plastic "metal siding" I have also rezised the bin that comes from the building and have started on some on the conveyor system that leads to the rail loading. I still have a lot to do but I think it is coming along nicely.

That building is going to be great eye candy!

I like that you have "angled" the building with respect to the backdrop. I haven't seen a lot of that, and it looks good !
