Yup..But,I'm sure some will swear the train could have stopped in time. At any rate I'm sure the railroad will be at fault and will pay for somebody else's stupidity..

Yeah, when I was a kid, say around forty years ago.

Clear case of suicide. The families will be lucky if they aren't the ones sued for derailing a train and injuring a lot of passengers.
