Working with Hank Stephens of Georgia Road fame and Jim Abbot from High Ball Graphics here is the first peek of my new railroad graphics.Boxcar and other railcars to follow.
Here's the new boxcar graphics.Nothing really fancy for either car but I like them.
Oh yeah! Look great Catt!
Very nice! Looks entirely real-world believable.
Andrew
Hopper decals cost me $83.50,but that includes Jim's set up work (no charge from Hank for design work) a 8.5" by 11" sheet of HO decals and a half sheet of N scale.Next sheets will be $35.00 and $20.00.I am assuming the boxcar decals will end up costing the same since there will be just as much work involved.
I have not asked about Z scale decals yet.
Decals came today for the covered hoppers. I have one ATLAS car painted painted and two Accurail cars gloss coated so tomorrow I will start decaling.
Oh, and paint the other ATLAS hopper and gloss coat the two remaining Accurail cars.
Nice graphics Catt!
I thought it was about time for a graphics update since the original was over 10 years old.Hank took my idea for a border on the logo and you can see what he created for me.To say I am pleased with what Hank designed and Jim (Highball Graphics) printed is an understatement.
Now I just need to save up another $83.50 so I can get the boxcar decals done.Going to see if I can talk Jim into doing at least the logos, names and reporting marks in Z for me.
First car finished
Looking great
Cheers,
Kev
Thanks Kev,
The new graphics have been a long time coming but I am very pleased with them. With a little luck by mid August the boxcar graphics should be in house.
That looks great! Very nice. I'm still planning to letter a loco with the decals you sent me.
Once the HO cars are done,I will be doing the N scale cars.

Saving the best for last!
