In the late 1800's a German man opened a brewery in New Lisbon Wisconsin. In the early 1900's he built himself, at that time, a mansion. He was a bit of a train buff because he built his hone right next to the Milwaukee Road mainline. I will be attempting to reproduce his home in HO scale sometime in the 1950's O ver the years the house fell into disrepair, here is a picture of it from about two years ago.

and a recent picture after it was refurbished.

I am using Rusty Stumps 1/32 thick laser cut plywood for the main walls.

There you go reading my mind again. It's simply amazing how everytime I want to know how or what your doing you post the information without my asking. Eek
Catt, It must be all the years we have known each other. I was thinking about it the other day, it was about 15 years ago on the RR Depot forums with Robin and Shamus and a few others.

And in case you were wondering this is how it looks with all the openings cut out.

HAH, I get to ask the question this time  And the question is ,who made the brick sheets your using?
Catt, If you read the second post you will see I said it is from Rusty Stumps. I have used his self stick laser cut sheets before, they are on a type of matt board. I would build the structure out of 1/16 basswood then apply the brick. I thought I would try the plywood this time to save a step. So far it's working great.

Andy
Your construction jumped a little fast. How did you cut the curved tops to the windows?
David, Being very careful with an exacto knife.
