air brush compressor

I have a Kroma-Jet compresser which produces around 10 PSI and was just wondering if I would be able to use it wth model paints. If so-just what precautions would I have to look out for in order to get the best results?

Thanks

You nead at least 25-35 psi to airbrush. And to airbrush well, I suggest a compressor with a tank. I bought a cheap Harbor Freight one for about 50-60 bucks, and it works great with the airbrush.
some brushes work on low pressure for lacquer based paints but acrylics need more pressure,

Get a regulator if your compressor doesn't already have one and a moisture trap/filter too. Wink
