When I went back to win 8.1 I used the system restore disks that wiped the drive clean and reinstalled from the disks. I have automatic updates turned off and I will not use edge or internet explorer. I will only turn the wifi on when getting my banking information once a week and I have installed AVG instead of Norton. I probably am still vulnerable somewhere but I hope I have to push the buttons. :mrgreen:
