Contemporary modeling will become Z scale only..... but modeling the female passengers might become a new branch of model railroading have a great Sunday!

History has examples of Visionaries who have been scoffed at, and who would have imagined, in 1903, that something like the Lockheed SR71 would have flown 61 years after the Wright Brothers first flight at Kittyhawk, and while ducted fan flight technology, in the shape of the Bell X22, has been around two years after the SR71s first flight, this I think would appear to be several steps too far. The power required to drive the fans to lift the weight would be enormous, and I’d hate to try to keep the thing directionally stable in a cross wind.

I can see a people mover like that.. It makes sense.. I wonder if they will use passing sidings since the "track" is a single main?

Of course getting by the NIMBYs and other groups will be a hurdle before it could be built/even planned in some areas..

It looks nice an spacious inside. How long would it take for the company to cram more and more seats inside to make more money?

Yeah, I was wondering about the wheels also.

The one "nit", that I will "pick" is:
The vehicle made it's approach to the station, over a "forested area". With the "downdraft forces" needed to keep the vehicle "up", why was there absolutely no motion in any of those trees, or surrounding vegetation?

Oh!, "Wheelie", obviously the creator of that vehicle never saw the "Millennium Falcon"......or, for that matter, an X wing fighter...... or,.....the typical UFO.

The "dressing" of the Female passengers, would be a simple matter of "undressing" the figure, then "adding updated apparel".
With a little care, identical figures can be re-positioned, and re-dressed, to add variety to the scene's population.
My HO scale "Tour Ship", based on the MS Dianna, needed a lot of "passengers"
This picture of the tour ship, shows some of the variety I was able to create, using the above" undress,add". The lady in the red dress at the bar, and the blond in the middle of the group aft of her, are the same original figure:

I have a set of jewelers screw drivers that I have converted into "micro chisels", that I can use to carve, or scrape plastic bits,pieces,parts, and figures.
:oops: One of these days I really must add railings around that upper deck. :o

Is it just me, or is anyone else also wondering what your use of figures has to do at all with this thread?

Sumpter refers to my comment about the female passengers in the animation. They are all made from the same digital model but dressed in different colors. He used the same trick in some cases to populate his ship with different looking people.
