It is hard to tell, with the pic being black and white, but I am sure the EMD unit is painted in the CSX Dark Future livery.

They had the same picture in that three piece article on EMD's "E"'s in Railfan And Railroads magazine I just read.
"E"'s were actually designed to break behind the cab.

But I'm sure some pants probably needed a good deep washing also.

That........is not the normally expected picture, brought to mind by the phrase, "nose job"!!!
