Charlie, nice start for the week.

As the weatherman put it, we had another snow event overnight.  Went out looking for some trains in the snow photos and all I could find  was this shot at the Pinelands Industrial Park.

I was searching some discs for some particular photos (which I couldn't find), and came across the one shown below.  While it's neither special nor even particularly interesting, I don't believe I've ever used it.

This is Hoffentoth Bros. main icehouse at Lowbanks, Ontario....




While it's capable of icing cars when necessary, it's main function is as the storage and distribution centre for all of the Hoffentoth icehouses on the layout, shipping ice in carload lots.  Located behind the Lowbanks train station, it's also the wholesale and retail distributor for local residential and commercial ice in the Lowbanks area.
